    Meet Your Guide

    Karl Staib

In his over 15 years of helping leaders design better systems to scale their work. It starts with developing clear and easy-to-use systems so everyone is on the same page.

I believe that design creates systems, systems build routines, routines instill habits, and habits drive success.

    This challenge will help you…

    Save Time

You’ll start by learning how to prioritize your work, so you aren’t being distracted by shiny objects. When you get a new idea it’s easy to jump ship. You learn how to capture the idea, so you don’t lose it, and not waste time on stuff that isn’t delivering the value that you expect to deliver to your customers.

    Improve Your Focus

When you dig into your current priorities, you’ll see how you can eliminate time wasters and create systems that help you focus on what truly matters. When you have daily systems that help you get clear on what matters, then it makes it easier to improve your career and relationships so everything is in sync. This is the beauty of digging into your systems. You lessen your emotional load while making it easier to track your success.

Develop Processes that Fit Your Personality

I often wish I had a time machine that I could hop in and tell my past self not to scroll social media for two hours.

    “Don’t waste this precious time!”

Social media procrastination and other forms of procrastination usually happen because I’m unclear on what I want, so I pick the easier route. It’s often uncertainty that holds us back from doing the right next thing.

We are wired for safety, not success. The lens of our lives are clouded by all of our choices. Overwhelm stops us from taking action. We don’t know what the correct decision is, so we procrastinate. We let distractions get the best of us.

You must start with getting clear on your priorities. When you understand what you want and why you want it then you can focus on what matters. This is easier said than done. That’s why I created this challenge.

It starts with having the right processes in place that fit you are your employees’ personalities.

When you have a process that helps guide you, it’s easier to save yourself time.

    This takes practice.

It’s about creating systems that work for our personality so we get positive results.

I know processes can seem boring, but we can spin them into something useful and dare I say exciting. This is how we build good habits that save us hours each week.

Who doesn’t want to be a better leader and save 5 hours a week?

We have an opportunity to make improvements through a simple review process. We leverage routines to help you focus on what matters to your business. This requires using Einstein’s “Thought Experiment” method. Let’s dig a little deeper.

We aren’t going to get into the physics of time travel. Instead, we are going to use a process that Einstein perfected.

The techniques in this challenge will teach you will help you travel back in time (AKA systems planning) so you can make adjustments so your future self is more efficient. When we know what to do and how to do it we have the clarity to get the job done. The confusion that causes procrastination is when we lack clarity.

Clarity helps you say, “Hell Yes!” to and what to “Hell No!” to. You are clear on your vision and you see each obstacle as an opportunity instead of a roadblock.

This requires designing systems that helps you understand what is working well and what needs to be improved. In this challenge you to become a Systematic Leader (AKA Time Travel) so your future self can work smarter and save time.

Are you ready to build better processes?

One of the biggest mistakes we make with our time is not improving how we utilize it. We all have the same 24 hours in a day, but most of us don’t have a Time Travel system that helps us keep improving how our future selves utilize our time.

Here are a few benefits when you join in on the challenge:

      • Save 5 hours a week
      • Reduce stress
      • More efficiency
      • Get more impactful work done

Join the 5 day Save Time challenge and you’ll learn how to travel back in time (AKA Reflection Process) and make small tweaks so you are focused on doing the “Hell Yes” work that makes a big impact in your career.

When you join the Focus on What Matters Challenge. You’ll get:

      • Want to learn to design better systems for your business?

I’m Karl Staib, the founder of Systematic Leader, and author of Bring Gratitude

A few years ago I noticed that I stopped writing and being creative. I was burned out. It’s a terrible feeling. I didn’t have the energy to do my work. I struggled to find motivation and my performance suffered.

I didn’t have a review process (AKA Time Travel) that helped me save time.

I don’t want you to struggle like I did. It starts with slowing down so you have time to reflect and adjust your course. You can implement the processes in this challenge to reduce wasted time and become more efficient

I struggle like everyone else. I’ve had relationship problems, laid off from a job, Cancer surgery and therapy, money issues, and mindset problems. I’ve studied gratitude, happiness and business for over 15 years now, speaking to thousands of people all over the world and the one thing that has helped me change from someone that procrastinates at least an hour a day because I didn’t have processes in place to support my goals.

In the Better Leader challenge we’ll dive deep into how you create a vision, document your processes and begin to understand where you can be a better leader while also saving time and eventually a lot of money.
